I am training for an event with 25000spins, a non-profit program that matches an
adventure with a good cause.
Beginners and experienced athletes alike are given support in how to train and
fundraise and get to experience an adventure that they wouldn't previously had the opportunity to enjoy.
In return, I will raise valuable funds that go directly towards helping people in poverty.
Through the 25000spins Queenstown Classic ride, I will be raising funds for ADRA, who run programmes that are life changing for people here in NewZealand and also in 12 other countries throughout Asia and the South Pacific.
In NewZealand, ADRA organise programmes, such as Parenting, Family budgeting, Health, Life skills, Youth mentoring and Welcome baby programmes. These programmes can impact different communities around NZ.
In Asia and South Pacific, ADRA works with many communities living in great poverty, working on projects suppling water and toilets. Also education with farming with improvement in farming techneques to improve production and productivity to improve their income.
ADRA also responds to disasters, such as the recent Vanuatu hurrican.
I am proud to put my effort into this ride and time in training for this event to help ADRA in its great and important work and would love and appriciate it if you could support me through your donation.
